What we are experiencing today in COVID-19 times is unprecedented not only for individuals but also for regional and multi-national businesses and the global economy. AirAsia in its 19 year history has never seen its fleet grounded. As a Flights PM at AirAsia, this meant shelving the 30-60-90 day roadmaps and going back to the drawing board to come up with a product roadmap that helps boost our business so that we can continue to deliver on our long term vision. I’ll talk about my learnings from navigating this pandemic crisis.
